If you buy the Evidence Pack and decide later you want the Full Playbook, you do not lose your money. You pay the difference between the current Full Playbook price and what you originally paid, plus a flat $10 premium.
The $10 premium is intentional. It makes committing to the Full Playbook upfront the cheapest path. We would rather you buy the right thing the first time than pay a small penalty to switch.
Refunds

For purchases made after May 15, you have a 24-hour window from payment to request a refund as long as you have not downloaded the packet. We start building the case the moment you pay, but the 24 hours gives you a night to sleep on it. You see the underlying data (comps, equity analysis, value range) in your account before you click download.
After download, or after 24 hours
No refund.
Either trigger ends refund eligibility. Once you download, the digital product has been delivered. Once 24 hours pass, the case is far enough along that the sale is final. This is how we keep prices low.
